Online shops is getting more popular these days and one of them is online shops for fashion clothing. You can see them everywhere, anywhere, even if its online or offline. That’s why its kinda hard for us to find what suits us best. In my case, its easy for me to find what I’m looking for because I have slim body and petite. It’s useless if you found a cute and trendy t-shirts or clothings but it doesn’t suits your body.

What I mean the size of the clothing.

For example, you’re a fat lady and looking for a women’s large clothing in a store. Of course, you can’t easily find the right one for you since you need to find exactly the right size for your body. You need to ask the saleslady first if they have large size clothing. It was really disappointing if you want this cute, trendy clothing and just found out suddenly that they don’t have larger ones after asking the saleslady about the clothing. If ever you’re looking for online shop for women’s large clothing, you may visit SimplyBe.co.uk.

Without eyes, you couldnt see anything, you can’t see the beautiful nature that God has created, you can’t even read these words. That is how eyes are too important and we must keep our eyes healthy.

Puffiness, fine lines, dark circles are some of the problem we might have around our eyes. But of course, you don’t have to worry about it since there are Eye Cream on the market or even on the internet that you can buy which is really effective.

Did you know how to find out how to determine your skin type?

I made a test this morning to know what skin type I have right now. First, I wash my face with a mild soup. Then, after 30 minutes, I press a clean tissue against my forehead, nose, cheeks and chin. I found some trace of oil in the tissue especially in the nose part. But then, there are some parts in my face which is dry. I found out that when you have oily skin but dry in others, your skin type is a “Combination Skin“.

Based on my research, skin that is oily in some parts but dry or normal in others is considered as combination skin. The oily skin is concentrated on the T-zone, which is across the forehead, down the nose and chin. Whenever you wash your face, you may find that some areas of your face feel tight after washing; and that these parts look dull or feel dry and rough whereas the T-zone looks shiny, feels oily to touch and is prone to pimples and blackheads. Combination skin needs special attention because the dry parts of your face need to be considered, whereas the oily parts need to be kept clean to avoid breakouts.

So, to prevent pimple and blackheads. Cleanse your entire face twice a day. Use a mild cleanser to gently remove dirt, grime and make-up from your face. The dry areas of your face need to be moisturized to prevent the formation of premature wrinkles. Try using good an oil-free moisturizer on your T-zone. Try and use oil-free/shine control type of make-up on the T-zone if you use make-up. This is to help absorb all the excess oil secretion and control the shine.

Skin care is all about prevention and keeping it healthy. Here are some skin care basics:

1) Clean your face twice a day.
2) Tone it with a clarifying lotion to make sure that your skin is very clean.
3) After toning, moisturize your skin. The cleaner your face the better the penetration of the moisturizer into your skin.
4) It is very important to apply sun block and sun screen for both indoor and outdoor activities.

We observed that a woman’s skin type usually changes as we ages, At age 34, a woman’s skin type is usually normal to oily. From 35 years and above, the tendency is to have dry skin since there’s already moisture loss.

Dry skin needs extra care, as it is prone to fine lines and wrinkles. This is especially true during the winter months when it feels even drier and may feel too taut or may even flake. A few measures help alleviate dryness and keep your skin supple and, at the same time, guard against premature aging.

A boil (also called a furuncle) is a deep skin infection that usually develops from an infected hair follicle, appearing as a red, warm, painful, pus-containing bump under the skin. Applying a hot compress for 10 minutes several times a day should make it rupture and drain. Don’t squeeze it.

Rather than draining, though, a boil will sometimes simply go away on its own in a week or two.

If it is on your face, or if you notice red streaking in the skin around it, or if you have a fever, you need medical attention.

A carbuncle is an oversized boil or cluster of boils that grows sideways in the tissue beneath the skin, usually in areas where the skin is thick and inelastic — for example, the back of the neck. It is less common than a boil. Carbuncles can be very painful and usually require medical attention — particularly if they have any of the danger signs listed above. Carbuncles may require a doctor or nurse to incise and drain them, and you may need to take antibiotics. You should never squeeze a carbuncle or try to drain it yourself. An infection on the face is particularly dangerous, because it can spread, even to your brain. You’ll be instructed to keep the area clean and to apply an antibacterial ointment and sterile gauze.

If you get recurrent boils or carbuncles, a doctor should check for diseases that can cause chronic infectious, especially diabeter. (From the Berkeley Wellness Letter)

Here are some solutions or treatments to cure your hair problems from five common hair problems.

1) Dandruff – Rethink your diet and lifestyle. Learn relaxation techniques if the problem appears to be caused by stress. Brush the hair before shampooing and scrupulously wash combs. Always choose a mild shampoo with an antidandruff action that gently loosens scales and helps prevent new ones. Follow with a treatments lotion, massage into the scalp using the fingertips. The treatment must be used regularly if it is to be effective. Avoid excessive use of heat stylers. If dandruff persists, consult your family doctor or trichologist.

2) Flaky/itchy scalp – Choose a moisturizing shampoo and a conditioner with herbal extracts to help soothe and remoisturize the scalp.

3) Fine hair – Wash the hair frequently with a mild cleanser and use a light conditioner. Volumizing shampoos can help give body, and soft perms will make hair appear thicker.

4) Frizzy hair - When washing the hair massage the shampoo into the roots and allow the lather to work its way to the ends. Apply a conditioner from the mid-length of the hair to the ends, or use a leave-in conditioner. The hair is often best styled with gel, which should be applied when the hair is swet. Alternatively, allow the hair to dry naturally and then style it using a wax or pomade.

5) Split ends – The only long-term cure is to have them snipped off. What is lost in length will be gained in quality. It may help if you reduce the frequency with which you shampoo, as this in itself is stressful to hair and causes split ends to extend up the hair shaft. Never use a dryer that is too near the hair, or set it on too high temperature. Minimize the use of heated appliances. Try conditioners and serums that are designed to temporarily seal split ends and give resistance to further splitting.

Here are some tips to make you blissfully sleepy:

HAVE A WARM BATH.
You’ll find that warm water has a way of easing tired limbs and relieving muscles stiffened from a stressful day. Let the warm water from the shower run through your body for about 10 minutes, while visualizing your problems being washed by the water’s cascade, and cleanse yourself of the day’s grime. Seal your pores with a quick cold shoer — about two minutes — to finish off your bath.

HAVE A GLASS OF MILK.
The ultimate comfort food, milk contains a protein called L-Tryptophan, which helps a person sleep. So before going to bed, drink a glass of warm Fresh Milk, this way your body won’t have to store the fat that cannot be metabolized during sleep.

EXERCISE.
This might come as a surprise, but exercise can actually help you sleep. Executing some simple routines two hours before bedtime allows the body to achieve a level of fatigue that promotes relaxation. Remember, the aim is to relax; overdoing it would make sleeping more difficult, so learn to listen to your body’s signals.

WRITE ON YOUR JOURNAL.
All the troubles that piled up on you during the day could wreak havoc on your peace of mind, warding off sleep and triggering stress. To combat this, find an outlet for your thoughts. Journal writing not only allows you to pour out negative emotions, it also gives you a clearer perspective of things.

MEDITATE.
You can’t go wrong with a few minutes of silence and reflection as you get in touch with your inner self. Find a quiet place in the house, and do one of the yoga postures or simply sit as comfortably as you can. Close your eyes, take calming breaths, and allow your thoughts to flow freely like sand through your fingers.

It was a particularly tiring day, yet after you fall on the bed and turn out the lights, you find that sleep does not come as easily as expected. This is usually happens when your body is still uptight and your mind is primed for more duties that might need your attention. Indeed, when there are kids to look after and chores to fulfill, it isn’t always easy to set aside all worries long enough for you to take a snooze.

But a good night’s sleep is essential if you want to wake up alert and able to care for your family and for yourself. This means having more than just an eight-hour shut-eye, which sometimes leaves you feeling more tired than rested. What you need is a deep, undisturbed slumber for an awakening that refreshes. If you find that a restful sleep remains elusive, a healthy nighttime regimen might be just what you need to put your body in the mood for a snooze.

I’ll post on my next update some tips to make you blissfully sleepy.

We usually get this Scars problem when we’ve got mosquito bites, burned and even from acne. There are lots of products to choose just to lighten scars, most of them is really expensive. But for me, I’ll go choosing the less cheap but effective products.

For me, Cedo de Macho is pretty effective. I’ve been using this product when I have new scars on my legs which I have got from mosquito bites. Argh! It really works if you have fresh and new scars. This product makes your scars lighter or they can even removed for weeks or months. Well, I’m saying this because it really works for me. I think this product is too choosy when it comes to skin.

Sebo de Macho/Cebo de Macho

Just be patient, it’s recommended that you have to put this cream on the affected are for 3 times a day or more than that. Cebo de Macho is less expensive, I think it costs around Php15+ ((Philippine peso)) in Pharmacy stores like Mercury Drugs, Prime Drug, etc. here in the Philippines.

My hair is dry now and I am planning to have a hair rebond or hair reborn soon. And because of the dryness of my hair, I see some dandruffs on my scalp that really irritates me.

There are shampoo like Head and Shoulder and Clear Shampoo that not really works even if I used them. We know that these 2 shampoo are anti-dandruff shampoo, but yeah, just like what I have said it doesnt’ work at all.

I think the only best way that I know to cure this dryness is to have a hair reborn/hair rebond on Hair Salon. I’m thinking which of the best 2 salons that I’m going to choose, is it David Salons or Ricky Reyes Hair Salon? Let’s see!
